How is quitt Business different from Earny?
Do I still control my data?
Yes. You will still be able to:
- Add/edit employee data
- Set up salaries and employment types
- Enter monthly working hours, bonuses, expenses, etc.
But unlike Earny, you don’t need to handle registrations, declarations, payments, or tax reports yourself — quitt Business does that for you.
💰 Pricing & Billing
Will my pricing change?
No. As a loyal Earny customer, you will keep your current pricing throughout 2026:
- CHF 19 per month per company (includes 1 payslip)
- CHF 9 for each additional payslip
This is significantly lower than the standard CHF 39 per payslip for new clients on quitt Business.
Will I be charged a migration or setup fee?
No. The migration to quitt Business is completely free of charge.

Does quitt Business have the same features I used in Earny?
Yes — and more. You’ll find all the core features you’re used to, including:
- Digital payroll processing
- Employee access to payslips
- Company dashboard
- Accountant login
Plus, you gain:
- Insurance case handling (accident, illness, maternity, etc.)
- Tax management
- Automated declarations
- Automated payments
- Year-end summaries
- Better performance and faster load times
Can I give my accountant access like before?
Yes. Accountant access is fully supported in quitt Business.
🗃️ Access & Data
Will I lose access to my old Earny account?
No. Your Earny account and all payroll history for 2025 and earlier will remain available for reference. You can log in any time.
Can I export my data before the switch?
Yes. As usual, you can always download all your data on your Earny admin portal.
